The topic this week on Illustration Friday is Breezy and after spending quite a few hours on each of the last few illustrations at the end of last week it was time to do something quick and fun and in colour!
This little fellow has been lurking in the dark recesses of my mind for some time now and gets his first outing in this weeks topic.
It felt quite strange looking down at something so simple after staring at masses of black ink lines recently and I wasn't sure if I was finished or not, but I am sure that he is. Back to those ink lines tomorrow.

i love the poem that goes along with your illustration. it is really cute!

That's funny--I felt the same way as you--needing to do something different and IN COLOR. I really like your drawings.

This is so great! It brings back such memories of my children as little ones in love with Tigger, Pooh and the rest of the gang! Great job!

Hi all, thanks for the kind comments... yes I realised as I was creating it the inevitable link with THE T I G G E R RRRRR (of which there are two stuffed toy ones in the bedroom, one which bounces and talks!), and who, yes is a favourite of mine.
Originally the perspective wasn't going to be so dramatic, but the pen took over and who I am to argue! I don't know where the little verses come from they just appear while drawing. Maybe it's the solitude of the studio sending me mad.
